@MrPhysio please, if you can answer a question for me. I’m fairly certain I’m having dequervains symptoms, but no pain, just heat from inflammation. It’s been 3 months now. Will these exercises help or hurt my tendon? Thanks

Discovered this technique a few years ago while taking a shower. The steam really helps. Also good for smokers to release the tar. I was sick and quiting at the time and it helped immensely.

I used a 16 oz plastic bottle i filled jit eith 8oz and used the straw. I was not put on ventilator, which my breathing therapist was happy to do. I was hospitalized for 17 days and i did it for about 4 months after. Once i got rid of pneumonia and i used a bouncer too to rebound.

The same can be achieved by breathing in. Then breathing out slowly, while gently patting the gap in your lips with your hand. Repeat this a number of times and you'll bring the mucus up.

I tried this and it made me feel better. I'm on day 8 of Influenza A that I didn't even know I had. I thought I just had severe and extreme dehydration (which I did). Went to urgent care and he asked me to take a flu test and boom! HAD NO IDEA! My sypmtoms were weird. no fever no headche no cough no sore throat no usual cold symptoms that would have clued me into having the flu. I had extreme lethargy and exaustion like walking to another room or sweeping my floor would completely exaust me to the point of having to lay back down, completely dozing off after awakening (thought I had sl apna) like I'd wake up sit up and after like a few minutes doze back off and have to lay right back down. pulse pounding in my palms, heart palps, asthma type sounding weezing, cracker dry skin, severe dehydration, deep deep almost debilitating aching muscles that rotated around my body to thighs, knees, left arm (thought I was having a hrt attk), back, sneezing like a crazy person like 12 times in a row (thought I had spring allergies), hot flashes (thought I had mnpause), what I had called my "ameoba" which would move from nostril to nostril depending on how i lay. and nose bleeds (thought that was long cvd). no taste or smell (also thought that was long cvd) Choking type cough only while sleeping where I thought I had sleep apna. Felt like I got hit by a mack truck. Zero thirst Zero hunger. Now I have a super vague and light deep muscle ache starting in my lungs, which is how I got here. DIDN'T HAVE A CLUE that I had the flu. Thought I was having some kind of blooood sgr prob from diaB Ts. Thank you, you're helping lives! Off to make me some raw garlic and honey to kill this virus dead! Sorry to the people who have to smell me but oh well it works, you gotta do what you gotta do.

Hi Mr Physio, Is it possible to regain your hips after getting something like a V Shape from lack of exercise for a prolonged period due to illness? My hip bone structure of course remains from the frontal view but from the side and back the fleh is somewhat narrowed in. Hope to get a response as I find your exercise here makes sense. I've been very concerned with the squeeze at the top with squats because I think it makes the situation worse. I've also tried fire hydrants. Tell me if thats ok please?
